Happy Summer everyone! I hope you are all enjoying the lovely weather (if you have it where you are). Here it is just too darned hot to cook. Yesterday I made the tequila lime chicken, but substituted rum for the tequila because I was out of tequila. I served it over salad. Usually I do this recipe on the grill but our grill died, so I used my indoor grill. It was still quite yummy though! Give it a try!
