Yum, it's so funny - I didn't know about Maid Rites until yesterday, and since then, I've heard about them 4 or 5 times. I can't wait to see your recipe!

I can't wait for your ratatouille recipe! I loved ratatouille when I was in France and I haven't found a recipe that compares to what I had over there. But you made it for me once before I left and yours was just like theirs. Please don't change your meal plan. :)

Hey Amy! I did? Was it when I was living in that studio apartment or when I moved into the big apartment or when I was still in the dorm? I am trying to think of where I made it! Well anyway, thank you, I am glad you liked it! Pauline was the one who taught me how to make it properly. We're supposed to be getting some really small eggplants at the farm today so I am hoping they will be sufficient enough to make ratatouille. We shall see. It's probably one of my most favorite summer dishes. Yummy!

It was in the apartment you moved into right after the school year ended. It was you, me, and the men we were with at the time. Kind of fitting because that night I remember Loic talking about the proper way to eat throughout the day.

Oh yes...that's right. That apartment was TINY! I moved into a much bigger one after that but had a nightmarish landlady! Anyway, I remember Loic well too! Weren't you dating two guys at the time? Loic and one of the other Americans that was going to school there, I can't remember his name but I remember he was built like a football player.

Ha ha, he was an ex-football player. The only one I ever dated. Yes two, but not at the same time. A little complicated though. And Loic was by far the better catch. Memories.
