Hey Everyone! My first giveaway was going to be the dish cloths that I am currently knitting, however, I just got a FABULOUS surprise in the mail and I have to share! Wacky Mac just sent me TONS of coupons for free packages of Wacky Mac - just for saying something good about their product in one of my posts! So, I am going to give out 5 coupons for FREE Wacky Mac! I will pick 5 winners at random on Friday. All you have to do is post a comment to this post telling me one of four things (or all four if you want):
1. Do you have a recipe you would like me to makeover? What is it?
2. What is your favorite recipe that you have made from my blog so far?
3. Any requests for blog posts you'd like to see.
4. Is there a certain recipe (posted or not yet posted) that you would like to see me demo?
Make sure you also include your name in your comment! I will announce the winners on Friday morning at noon central time (10 am Pacific)!
Thanks for reading, and yes, I still will be giving away those dish cloths, so stay tuned!

It's hard to pick just one for a favorite, every one we've tried, we've liked! My husband says his was the tomatillo enchiladas, followed by the steak dip sandwiches :-)
I know you did a few things involving seafoods of sorts, but seafood (especially salmon) is my favorite... is there something that you do special (if you eat it at all) that you do with it? if so, I'd like to see it on here!
Jessica- salmon is also my favorite. I love it! Unfortunately the salmon (and pretty much all the fish actually) in the midwest is not anything you want to eat. It is farm raised, has no color and no flavor. Yuck. If I can, I have it shipped to me from my aunt who can get it through her food vendor. Otherwise I just suffer without it. When I do prepare it, I like to do a lemon, honey, butter and dill rub. Just mix the juice of one lemon, about 2 tbsp. of honey, some fresh dill and spread that on about a pound of salmon fillets. Top that with several pads of butter. Then bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. I also really like to do a nice dill, dijon, and brown sugar rub as well and cedar plank it on the grill. As soon as salmon is in season and I can get my hands on some wild stuff, I will be sure to do a post on it.
So.. I think our favorite one so far has been the fish cakes. SUPER Yummy!! Same with the meatballs! LOVE them!! Thanks!
It won't be until we move that I will be able to buy the breadmaker I so desperately want, but I would love to see a STEP BY STEP, pictures or video (if both that would be AWESOME) of how to make bread and to use the machine with it. And to let us know what appliances we need, and ones we could go without if we don't have them.
Something I could give Miles right now as a snack that we happen to have are the frozen peas and corn, which I want to try today.
My kids love the homemade french fries! Kim Tipton

Hmmm.... how could you make a healthy and nutritious chicken alfredo?
2. What is your favorite recipe that you have made from my blog so far?
I haven't made your enchiladas, but I'm planning to in the next few weeks.
3. Any requests for blog posts you'd like to see.
I'm curious how you cook your squash that you add to all of your recipes. You seem to use it a lot, is it something you can make ahead and freeze the puree? What types of squash do you use? What other vegetables do you puree to add to your recipes.
4. Is there a certain recipe (posted or not yet posted) that you would like to see me demo?
You should demo some of your favorite kitchen gadgets and ways that you can use them.
Laura,
I have a great chicken alfredo recipe, I will put it on my list of things to make soon. For the squash I just microwave it or sometimes I roast it, and yes I puree it and keep it in the freezer. I am planning to do a kitchen appliance demo soon. That is also on my list. Thanks for your comments!
I know the competition is over, but I thought of something else: BABY FOOD. Did you make Daniel's baby food? If so, what all did you make? I did half the time with Miles, and plan to a lot with Adrienne. A lot of things I would just cook until very soft and mash with a fork since I didn't and still don't have a puree. I mostly did carrots, sweet potatoes, squash...and i think that was about it lol.
