Also, I have the Deceptively Delish cookbook but I never really use it-- however, I never thought of it that way so thanks for sharing your thoughts on it.Jackie Higginshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13536816014343140102noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4463045630714878119.post-76693419050556131922010-07-14T20:49:38.424-05:002010-07-14T20:49:38.424-05:00Yes, I agree, the carrots keep the meatloaf very m...Yes, I agree, the carrots keep the meatloaf very moist.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13314647891531315733noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4463045630714878119.post-36320680654911489882010-07-14T20:45:21.805-05:002010-07-14T20:45:21.805-05:00I'm the BFF Heather and I have to say the meat...I'm the BFF Heather and I have to say the meatloaf recipe I told Beth to try is amazing. Whenever I tell anyone it has pureed carrots in it they scrunch up their face in disgust. It keeps the meatloaf so moist and delicious. I would suggest adding it to any meatloaf recipe you like and it will improve it. I ate my mom's meatloaf as a child and it was not good, so trust me.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
