So I am still nursing Daniel and I eat a ton...Hey! So I am still nursing Daniel and I eat a ton of tuna. Tuna is ok if you buy chunk light tuna, don't buy albacore (even though it is better tasting) because it is a larger fish and so it consumes more mercury.
